6 Aug 2026 locked Ava's live home to the internal SSD path /home/ava-core/ava. Archive folders on the external drive (08052026, 08132026, …) are backups, not the running tree.
Windows→archive copy had already started 1 Aug 2026 19:56:06 HST (migration-in-progress marker). The 5 Aug robocopy day landed the E: mirror as the 08052026 archive tree. Those are data moves. The SSD lock is where I boot.
